Is there any way or reference code available to convert .ide file to csv file without using slamstick Lab.
Thanks in advance.
We are in the process of publishing some supporting libraries to GitHub but in the meantime, you can use the attached executable to directly convert IDE to CSV. Some more information on this executable is available in the support docs: https://support.endaq.com/article/151-exporting-and-converting-data#exec
Also would you please check the attached screenshot where x axis looks bit strange. Am I missing something? Would you suggest any fix here?
I just reached out to you from our support mailbox ([email protected]) to learn more about the issue and get you a replacement if needed. Typically when we see an accelerometer channel like this it can be a sign that the accelerometer internally is damaged.
If you're able to post the recording file here to the forum I may be able to visually provide a way to check/verify that an accelerometer is broken. Turning off the DC removal can be an effective way to see if there is an issue - the DC offset will be at an extreme.
